Authors whose abstract has been accepted and has paid the registration fee are hereby informed to submit full-length papers via this link for pre-screening. After recommendation by pre-screening reviewers committee, the authors of selected papers have to submit the paper through the Special Issue paper submission portal of the journal for further review. Authors are required to register themselves in order to secure a presentation slot. It is advised that authors limit their scientific work to 10-15 slides for a duration of 10 minutes during the presentation.

Presentation slots will be assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis. Authors who register late may have their papers shifted to the poster presentation category.

Authors whose abstract has been accepted for presentation can submit full-length papers for further consideration by the internal review committee.

Authors whose papers are deemed suitable after the internal review process will be informed about the next steps, which involve submitting their work through an online portal for consideration in the Journal's special issue.

For Faculty and Students: Please ensure that you promptly complete your registration and submit the necessary payments for the conference in order to secure your spot. Accommodation will be provided only after completion of the registration fee.

Only paper of the authors who have registered for the conference will be considered for further review process.
